Smart Suggestions is designed to move beyond simple prediction and deliver workflow automation. It leverages the power of AI to choose the most likely trip purpose based on the driver's historical behaviour, effectively removing the manual data entry step.
Smart Suggestions was chosen for ABAX's first major AI launch because it is a common pain point among our large customer base.
How Smart Suggestions works:
Historical analysis (learn): The ABAX platform uses Google Gemini, to analyse a driver's historical data: type of trip, past routes, time of day, and declared purposes - and convert them into detailed context.
Intelligent prediction (reason): When a new trip is logged, AI performs a deep context search to identify the most semantically similar past trips and their purposes.
Instant action: The model instantly presents the most probable purpose (e.g., "Client Meeting at Site B," "Warehouse Delivery," or "Office Visit").
The result is a direct path to reducing the average submission time . The driver simply reviews the pre-filled suggestion and, with a single tap, the trip is submitted.

Smart Suggestions is highly focused and deterministic. It does not automate complex, high-risk decision-making. Instead, it applies controlled, agentic workflows to repetitive, well-defined tasks. This "guardrail" approach ensures that while our customers gain massive efficiency and productivity benefits, accuracy, reliability, and security is also maintained.
