Returning your ABAX devices is free and easy

At the end of your ABAX contract, it's important you return your devices to us. The process is quick, easy and free of charge.

How to return your ABAX devices

Here at ABAX, we are continually striving to become a more sustainable business. When customers return their ABAX tracking devices, it enables us to refurbish and recycle the units as part of our Re:Use initiative.

Remove devices from your vehicles, machinery and tools

Removing ABAX devices is quick and easy - taking less than 5 mins per vehicle. Do not disconnect the device by cutting the cables, if you need some help with this, our Customer Support team will be happy to walk you through the process.

Package securely

Once your ABAX devices are removed, package securely. Our freepost Royal Mail system (UK only) means you simply add the address 'Freepost ABAX' on the front of your package for it to find its way to us.

Note: we recommend you acquire proof of post as ABAX is not liable for devices that are lost in transit.

Return within 15 days

If you're a Zego insurance customer, please ensure your devices are returned to us within 15 days of your contract end date. For all other ABAX customers, returns must be made within 90 days to avoid any charges.
