ABAX returns
Return your devices for free
At the end of your contract, you need to return your devices to us. It’s quick, easy and free.
Through our "Re:Use" initiative, we aim to refurbish and recycle returned devices wherever possible, helping to reduce waste and support a more sustainable future.
How to return your devices:
Step 1: Remove your devices
Safely remove each device from your vehicles, equipment and assets.
Removal only takes a few minutes.
Please do not cut any cables as this prevents the device from be recycled.
Step 2: Package your devices
Place all returned devices and accessories in a secure package to prevent damage during transit. You can use multiple packages for larger returns.
Add the address "Freepost ABAX" - please do not include any other address information as this delays the return.
Step 3: Send your devices back
Drop your package off at any Post Office, Royal Mail Customer Service Point, or designated Parcel Postbox.
We recommend you acquire proof of post as ABAX is not liable for devices that are lost in transit.
Devices should be returned within one month of your contract end date or may be subject to a lost device fee - See our T&Cs for more info.
