We also get useful feedback from customers and surveys, which we may use as the basis for any further developments. Our user interface just got even better
After useful feedback from customers, we have updated and improved our user interface. When you log in you will notice that it's now even easier to manage the company's vehicles, machines and equipment.
This roll out will be focused on improving access and information about assets under Equipment Control. If you use the service ABAX Equipment Control, you can see the news as soon as you log in, and if you currently use the Triplog, it's easy to get better control of assets and machines.

- ISO 15123-3 adapted information about the device
- Option to create own tags and create categories in the system by using tags

Historical routes with EQ in maps
The most recent update will give you a better overview of machines and equipment in the maps with historical data on their positions. The route will be displayed, so that you can see for instance where a shipment has been, analysing the chosen route and not only based on day-to-day data.
Our triplist is now more readable
We have received feedback from our dialogue with customers that the triplist on the driver’s interface takes up too much space, which leads to a poorer overview and a lot of scrolling. We have taken this feedback seriously and optimised the interface to ensure a better user experience.
Search for tools on your mobile phone
If you have installed Triplog in your vehicles, you can now view every machine, piece of equipment and tool from your mobile phone and you can also use it to search for equipment with ABAX MINI. This means that as company manager, you don’t have to act as an intermediary distributing equipment among the staff, and you will also save a lot of time.
The employee can now look for mislaid equipment without having to visit the main office or warehouse to look for it. As fleet administrator, you can turn on the setting that allows all drivers to view machines, equipment and tools in the Driver App.
The Admin App has also been updated to search for equipment with ABAX MINI. This function is useful if the equipment is far away from a machine or Triplog. Both mobile apps will then report the position for all your ABAX MINI. This makes our ABAX Global Network much bigger and more efficient as all mobile phones with a Driver App and Admin app will expand the network.
It is not necessary to download a new app. It will update automatically if you have turned on automatic updates. You will be asked to allow the phone to search and find the devices – the rest will take place automatically. You can see how this works in the video above.

Notification in the event of power cuts
If you ABAX5 as Equipment Control is disconnected from its power source, you will receive a notification. You will gain a better overview of your equipment even if it is stolen. You choose whether you want to be notified by SMS or email and with the right phones added, you will be able to react when your equipment is no longer traceable. Log in to make sure that the right person receives the notifications by checking SMS and email settings.
Log in with biometric recognition
We all have many user names and passwords to remember and it's not always easy to keep an overview of these. Now, it will be even easier to log in to the apps with your fingerprint or face recognition. You only need to remember your user name and password when you log in the first time, you will then be able to log in using your fingerprint or face recognition.
