Dear valued Helpten customer,

Helpten will be discontinued at the end of 2025. You now have the opportunity to switch your service from Helpten to ABAX. To ensure a smooth transition, please complete your switch no later than December 2025.

  • ABAX offers a significantly more advanced and modern platform compared to Helpten. With ABAX, you will have the ability to manage your own car pool and service operations almost entirely independently. The system provides greater flexibility, automation, and insights, empowering you to take full control with ease.

  • The ABAX service contract is a fixed-term agreement for 12 months. During this period, your pricing remains the same as it is currently. There are no additional costs involved.

    After the initial 12 months, the contract will automatically renew for another 12 months unless it is terminated at least three months before the end of the current contract period.

  • The current Helpten device is not compatible with the ABAX system and must be replaced with a fixed ABAX device or an ABAX USB or cigarette lighter-connected device, depending on your needs or what you are used to. You do not need to return your existing Helpten device. After signing the new contract, your Helpten device will remain operational alongside your new ABAX device for approximately 3 months. After this period, the Helpten device will be deactivated. Your Helpten user accounts will stay open for an additional 6 months, providing plenty of time to retrieve any necessary reports or data. Extensions can be arranged if needed.

  • No, there will be no duplicate billing. Billing will continue seamlessly at the same price, but under new invoice items once the current Helpten billing period ends

  • Once you decide to continue with ABAX, simply message us, and we will send you a contract for electronic signing. Once the contract is signed, we will promptly send you the ABAX device(s) along with an SMS to create your password for the new system.

    You do not need to separately terminate your Helpten service. We will ensure that invoicing continues smoothly with the new ABAX items. After you approve the contract and receive the new devices, we will manage the closure of your Helpten services at the appropriate time, ensuring that your ABAX system is fully operational first. That's all you need to do!
