No system can physically prevent a determined intruder from entering your site or attempting to steal equipment. However, ABAX Worksite acts as an invaluable security tool by alerting you the second an asset moves out of hours. By providing real-time location tracking, we make recovery much faster and more likely, turning a potential total loss into a successfully recovered asset.
Tracking provides two key layers of security.
You can set up geofences around event sites or your depot. If an asset is moved outside of this designated area at an unauthorised time, you receive an alert.
If an asset is lost or stolen, the tracker's location data provides the police with the exact information they need to have a much higher chance of recovering your property quickly, saving you the cost and hassle of replacement.
Geofencing creates a virtual boundary around a site, depot or work zone to monitor when equipment, vehicles or tools enter or leave. It helps improve security, visibility and coordination across multiple locations.
For ABAX Locators: literally minutes. They attach with screws, magnets, or heavy-duty adhesive depending on what you're tracking.
For ABAX Worksite (for machines): slightly longer but still straightforward—usually 15-30 minutes per machine. Many customers do it themselves, or your account manager can recommend installation support if you prefer.
