ABAX appoints Lars Holmøy as new CFO to drive financial strategy and growth
Larvik, Norway – December 1, 2025 | ABAX, one of Europe’s leading providers of connected mobility and smart operations, has appointed Lars Holmøy as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 1, 2025. The appointment reinforces ABAX’s strong financial leadership, scalability, and focus on long-term value creation with smarter operations powered by adaptive intelligence.
Lars Holmøy brings extensive experience from leading financial and strategic roles in international SaaS and technology companies. Before joining ABAX, Lars served as CFO of Elliptic Laboratories (ELABS), where he led the company’s listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange and guided its global expansion. He has also held senior financial positions at Talentech Group and dRofus AS, driving M&A, strategic growth, and operational excellence.
